Tyger's primary Skill is Lead, the ability to lead others, to cast the illusion that you are moving alone when in fact multiple others are following you. This character has been assigned to writer Sha Djinian. Tyger is currently featured in: "Immortal Waking" (available in the Mardi Gras 3000 Player's Handbook); "The Angel Underground" in the Crusade Battle Anthology

Okay. Some words. How about: You rock, Sha. Thank you.

Sha:
Can you provide any insight as to Tyger's role during the persecution of the Christians between 2030 and 2039? Also, do you have ideas for the name that this time comes to be called? Something covert, dark, evil. If so, can you post those over in the MG3K Universe section on the Event topic?

EJ, I have provided some insight into this time in Tyger's life over in the MG3K Universe section under the "Events" topic. I touch upon this time (only in a nightmare and in a brief group scene watching historical footage) in "The Tribe #2" but I am seriously considering a book that is set during the height of the era right now only titled "#3."
Basically, Tyger and her forces were the frontline of resistance against the depraved forces working to bring about this era and she has her own theories as to who these forces may be. I always imagine her as the only Terrapyre actively organizing a resistence movement during this time, though there were humans doing so as well. She was a "General and Commander" in this unholy war against God's own. As is the "rule" for this era, I do not prove anything about the heart of the evil. It will forever remain a mystery who began this time.
Tyger was also abducted during this time and forced into life-and-death combat. She, obviously, survived. Tyger does not believe, as Tertullian famously wrote that "the blood of the martyrs is the seed of the Church" and she fought fiercely. However, she does not believe in lying to save one's life, instead claiming the slightly altered words of Bishop Polycarp ("Eighty and six years have I served Him, and He has done me no wrong. How then can I blaspheme my King and my Saviour?") as her own.
I hope this is helpful. I am certainly more than willing to discuss this era with anyone.

Sha, I am visiting with Cris tonight. And she and I just want to tell you that we both want your education. We are very angry that we are still paying off our college bills (and Cris with a Masters!) and yet you can name drop effortlessly and have us scrambling to Google. In short: You rock, Mr. Smarty.
Okay. Now to Tyger:
I think Tyger heading up the resistance movement sounds exactly fit to her. I think other Terrapyres would be involved, though. No, not a whole ton of them because I think many would feel the need to hide because so much about Terrapyres could be revealed if they were taken captive by evil aggressors. I think other Terrapyres would try to help in different ways, outside of combat. Tyger might want a little financial help from Abbie's twins.

For those of you who may not know (hee hee), many of the carded Terrapyres are people involved in the Mardi Gras 3000 community in some way. To hide these identities, the images were all uploaded to an image-sharing and purchase community and mixed in with the models etc. But the image of Tyger just couldn't stay hidden because the photo used on the card is widely recognizable to all hardcore fans of '90s SF/F. Tyger is actually a tour shot of 19 year old Jennifer DiMarco, the national bestselling author of "Escape to the Wind." Well... (hee hee) I just so happen to be on speaking terms with this hottie author, child genius now mama, and I begged for a current picture because I said I'd forgotten what she looked like and missed her. It was all a ploy. Here's the picture. She looks unamused because she's a busy mama... but this is proof, I think, that Terrapyres don't age and that this child-author turned MG3K-publisher is a RL Terrapyre.
