Is this still true? (I know the names of the ANgels are wrong) The impetus for this resulted from the knowledge that both Messenger Angels and Light Angels understand the Grail’s enormous power and (actively?) try and dissuade Terrapyres from pursuing the Grail during a Drop. Additionally, Dark Angels know should the Grail be harnessed by Christian Terrapyres, Lucifer’s power were be severely diminished by the incredibly powerful Light. There are a number of recorded accounts of Terrapyres being attacked by Dark Angels. C I think Harbingers do attack Terrapyres, yeah. And it wouldn't be unheard of for a Messenger Angel to try to convince a Terrapyre to leave the Grail alone. But there are also so few of either of these angels that I think it would be rare and a huge event... and no one should be writing about this... unless they run it by me first. For instance, I know that Tyger has witnessed every kind of angel at least once. This is one of the reasons she's so focused and faithful -- and so incredibly Pro-Terrapyre -- everything and anything for her people.

The idea of Holy War In Matt's story for the Battle Anthology, he haS a group of Celestials who are now killing Terrapyres simply because they're the enemy. Will there be or are there also groups of Terrapyres who will also start to hunt down Celestials for the same reasons? C I think there have been. And I also think this is not rare on both sides of the conflict. Your own Ananke is kinda the same. He doesn't seem to care about the Grail. And Erik's story, too, has a group that just beat up Celestials. The idea is this: Not all Immortals are focused on the Grail. It's been so long... for some, the conflict has become about the grudge.

EJ,
You said: However, *most* Terrapyres speak "cleanly" and presentably and *no* profanity should be used in official fiction -- not even hell or damn.
With Elijah, in particular, the characters need to be able to express extreme shock or dismay or anger in the official fiction. I think that it's important to allow the writers to draw appropriate lines here. Thoughts?

EJ,
In the Cathedrals section of the MG3K Universe, when I listed the total number of cathedrals in the US and then in the world, you said this was too many. And then Launa also posted some Mormon temples. Originally, the idea had been to choose some specific places of great Christian power. Do we want to try and narrow this down some or not? Also, since Mormons also a current prophet for each (don't know the right word) "area" are temples considered viable? Or is this similar to the RC Pope and Saints? Just want to be inclusive, but clear.

Cris, EJ is trying her best to land a job to get an apartment on her own down here or at least be able to rent from me and Soph. She's buzzing around. The answers you need are: Swearing should be keep under tight rein and limited in scope. Extreme situations, limited words. PG-13 is no longer the rating to aim for. Maturity and eloquence, innovation and cutting edge, thought-provoking ideas are more the goal. Jenn talked to me about her idea. Having Cathedrals chosen by the writers and approved by the senior editor. EJ feels that the decision about whether or not a location is a place of divinity (the definition of a Cathedral in the MG3K universe) has little to do with what it looks like or what religion it is assigned to. It should be about the concentration of faith in Christ and Christ exclusively. So certain Catholic churches might be acceptable, for instance. It would depend upon who "runs" them and how much they bow down to the letter of the law that comes down from the Pope... and who that Pope is at the time. Hope this was helpful. Just so you know, she doesn't have her own computer right now. So I wind up sharing mine (when I'm not on shift). Hope you like the tablet from me and Soph
