1-11-10 Launa writes: Hey guys, I saw this on the Science Channel show Nextworld today. Thought I'd pass it along. This is kind of the promo vid for the headset. The link to the 20 minute unveiling of the technology in 2008 is here: www.youtube.com/watch?v=40L3SGmcPDQ&feature=fvsr They get more into how the device works and the technicalities of the headset but it is a longer video Hey and check this: emotivepoc.com/apps/sdk/179/ Users (Those who buy the developer headset, that is) can build their own aps and games. Kind of cool to build video games run by the mind

1-11-09 Jennifer replies: Excellent share, Launa. I could have sworn I shared this before, but even for those who weren't won over by the one-God vs. many-gods mythology of the now-concluded "Battlestar Galatica" reboot (ran four seasons on the SF Channel), catching the "prequel" will most certainly inform your writing in Prime Time. The headset and VR environs featured in even just the pilot of "Caprica" will be sure to spark your imagination and the smart paper alone is a must for any PT fiction.
I believe that Brianne mentioned the first episode (which aired as a one-time movie but is now noted at the pilot/ep 01) is available for free viewing on Hulu.
