Mardi Gras 3000 is inclusive -- that means open to all people from all walks of life. Anyone and everyone who is excited about MG3K and dedicated to building a universe that explores faith, passion, and mythology. Have friends with great ideas? Encourage them (bribe them?) to join us... and win!
Starting today September 23 and continuing until Halloween (October 31), it's time to get friends to register and post! I will tally "recruits" by modifying this post so everyone will know who is ahead
Recruits only count if they post at least twice outside the General and Random Chatter sections. (If they post more than ten posts, they will count as *two* recruits -- wow!)
Important! "Spam" posts don't count. Meaning, "Oh neat." or "That is so interesting, yeah, it is." Your recruit needs to actually participate
The top recruiter will win a $25 gift card to their favorite local bookstore, coffee shop, or grocery store. AND... a super rare copy of the complete Mardi Gras 3000 Expandable Card Game Two-Player Deck. Only six of these are now in existence. These are tester runs of the final to be launched in Feb. 2010.
All of the top recruiter's recruits will be sent a rare Combination Special card for use with the CCG
But wait! There's more!
For *everyone* who participates in the contest and brings in even one new member (who posts at least twice), runner-up prizes of that awesome rare card will be given.
So... your job? Talk up MG3K to your friends. If they don't have time to read the sourcebook, then fill them in live
Encourage them to really think about the possibilities and post their amazing ideas.
Then decide whether you want books, coffee, or tasty treats
