There are six types of Angels in MG3K mythology. Several of them have been renamed as we approach National Edition launch but their roles remain relatively unchanged. As I posted on the sticky in this section, MG3K does not encourage stories that focus on Angels. The Angels (of any various type) play specific and hidden roles in the mythology and should not be over-used (or used at all) by authors from September 1, 2009, onward. To "get your angel on" and write about Angels some, post in the fan fiction section please.
The six types of Angels are:
Angels of the Lord:
Messenger Angels
Host Angels
Fallen Angels
Angels of Lucifer:
Harbinger Angels
Minion Angels
Risen Angels
Risen Angels were once Minion Angels... but something went wrong. Actually, something went right. These Humans lived evil lives and were taken upon death by Lucifer and made Minion Angels. But then, over time, the once-bad-Human-now-Minion-Angel sees the error of his or her past ways and truly repents and even redeems him or herself by traveling back to Earth. These Minion Angels gone good are always eventually caught by Lucifer and he kills them savagely by tearing them apart and casts the pieces out of his realm. They are damned to be reborn as Human infants... plagued by nightmares of their death at his hands. As they grow up, they are also haunted by, tortured really, with a sense that they have in them the deep desire or deep ability to do great evil. Though they will have no memory of the bad things they may have done in their last Human life (for those memories are gone forever when Lucifer kills them), the sense that they are, by their very nature, evil beings will hound them.
Risen Angels are mortal. They sometimes awaken to who they are – former Minion Angels – and sometimes do not. If they rise above this evil within them, when they die, they can rest at last (they will never be Host Angels, however), their soul in the Lord's hands. If they do not rise above the evil but rather live heinous lives of evil, they will become Minion Angels again.

I've never heard of angels like these before. Love this idea. How do these angels interact with Terrapyres or with Fallen Angels?

I think they would get along well with both, in princible. I mean, everyone is different, of course, but they'd all be striving for a kind of redemption.

On the topic of wings, Risen Angels have wings. They can choose when to manifest them. They are natural colors (any color found on a bird). When they manifest their wings there is the scent of steel or blood in the air, however, for a moment.
On the topic of Skills, Risen Angels do not have Skills.
