That's the random special for VIP, MG. I keep trying to get it to popup. IMVU is doing a test to see how many more people buy VIP when they offer 12,000 credits a month as opposed to 5,000 to see if it makes a big difference. Sometimes I just sit and click "refresh" to see if I can get the notice.
