Kyprios e'Ornbergh (Cadmus e'Ornbergh) is Tinare e'Ornbergh's (Ganymede e'Ornbergh's) lifemate. He is a brilliant alchemist and one of the most accomplished missionaries on Ornbergh before the descent of Xie'eln (the Holy Grial.) His true love, however, was his profession as a teacher in his and Ganymede's home settlement. Kyprios is calm and determined, though sometimes impatient. He created the first and'e, early predecessors to Outposts. (And'e compared to Outposts are like tents compared to houses.)
It was when he was first sent to Earth to search for Xie'eln, he began to use the Celestial call sign "Cadmus," just as Tinare used the name "Ganymede."
