In an effort to help writers cross-promote each other's characters, and to help readers place every MG3K story and novel in time, we present this timeline of the official fiction. Several major events have been included here as well. These are marked in yellow/gold.

(CBA) = this is a story that appears in the Crusade Battle Anthology
(PH) = this is a story that appears in the Player's Handbook
[text] = themes or locations in brackets tag which part of a novel occurs at this timeline

Is there word on a "private" timeline that lists specific events in the MG3K universe for official writers? I remember that was being discussed at one time. Though... even just the basic events that can be public could be added here and writers could private message Cris for any finer details. How do you stand on this?

Oh wow. This *is* great. Can we encourage official writers to add things like birth years to their character threads? That way the major events and books can be listed here but we can all cross-reference characters on the threads (and then pm the writer to see where that character might be). I agree with Sha. A private timeline might not be needed. Personally, even as an official writer, I love to have as few spoilers as possible.

Thank you, Becky, Sha and Summer. Writers adding birth years to their character threads and me adding basic event names to their proper dates on the timeline above is exactly what I have in mind. We did consider a more in-depth "official writers only" timeline but many of the writers would rather simply check facts with each other and with Cris and not have an entire novel or trilogy spoiled (just like you're saying, Summer).
