I am certainly not an official, other than an official supporter of the brand and the writers, but I thought perhaps it might be good to have a thread where writers can ask for help or where supporters can ask what we can do to help projects along.
Which is a lead in to...
As the brand manager, Jennifer, is there any project that someone outside your staff could help with? I am not an artist or designer or writer. But I am good with a computer, great with a debit card, and very willing to help.

Olivia, In researching Angelus' rock star persona, I'm reading a lot of books about bands, journalists embedded with bands (in more ways than one) and other annals of information. However, I would love to have some first-hand accounts of concert experiences at events featuring hugely popular bands such as the Rolling Stones, Pink Floyd, Grateful Dead, David Bowie, etc. I'd love to include real stories in the book. If you or anyone you know has been to a concert, been backstage, been around a gigantor-type tour and has anecdotes, please let me know. I would be very very grateful 'cause there's only so much research you can do. I've a lot experience with small clubs, bands and acts, but not much with larger bands. Because this novel spans so much time, I want to integrate as much real life as possible. Angelus arrives in NYC in Astoria which was primarily Greek Orthodox in 1914. He will start following music immediately. His passion is going to be jazz and the blues (Bessie Smith, Billie Holiday) but he will become a rock musician. So we're looking at 1914 through Prime Time. Cris

This is a great idea, Olivia. And Cris? That's an awesome request -- of anyone! Post your concert experiences, everyone. Anything powerful, moving, strange or quirky!
My project is one I have talked to folk before about. The cataloging of the IMVU items owned by the official Mardi Gras 3000 accounts. Summer did up a beautiful tutorial about exactly how I need the cataloging done and I'm willing to supply everything someone needs. The trick is, this project really should be done before the end of April. Gille has offered to pay whoever does it but it's just a token amount ($50) because the project will take a great many hours.
Please post here if interested.

Jennifer said: So here's me, posting: "here if interested." Where do I sign up for the IMVU catalog? ;D

Cris, I would be best to direct you to these two sites: rockstargallery.net/finephotography.phpwww.sweptawaytv.com/as they can both offer you glimpses that one late-blooming, rather conservative Brit simply cannot provide. I spent an hour between the two sites and thought they were well composed. Is there any other research I can help with? Olivia
