www.fishoutofwaterfilm.com/Pretty cool documentary I just saw (streaming on Netflix for free!) about homosexuaity and Christianity that takes an academic look at the 7 verses in the Bible supposedly condemning homosexuality, using the original Greek/Hebrew of the Bible and placing the scriptures in context, both with surrounding scripture and the social climate in which they were written. What made it special/cool? Besides speaking to a slew of openly gay and openly Christian people, the scholars and religious leaders that broke down the scriptures were well-respected, conservative, passionately Christian straight men and women standing up for gay rights. It reminded me of the conversation we had recently about the "Right" standing up for gay rights and other social issues. The whole thing made me smile. I like having a boost to my faith in humanity every now and then

So, I don't know how many of you know: I've been working as a dance teacher at a pole/exotic dance studio for a few months now (though I've been a student for a little over a year.)
