And congrats on your new bike! I hear the Ninja 250 is a sweet (and attractive) starter bike. Definitely would be my first pick  Launa, I wouldn't call a 250 a "starter" bike. The Kawasaki Ninja has a curb weight of 374 pounds. You have to have the muscle mass, height and weight to control this bike. Additionally, you have to be able to pick it up if you lay it down. Cris I'm sorry. I didn't mean it as an insult or anything. A lot of the reviews I read on the 250 called it a great starter bike and I was just quoting them. I didn't mean it in a bad way. |

My name is Julianna Quintos. I work in LA as a lighting technician and live in the Castro in San Fran. Not a writer or an artist except for stained glass but I am a reader of everything from Nietzsche to Rand. I found out about Mardi Gras from Eliza though Aly is a mutual friend. Actually thought Eliza couldn't talk about anything else when I first met her in November. Looking forward to getting to know the creative people here and helping in any way I can with the 2011 relaunch.

Thanks all. Eliza says the big relaunch is still a few weeks out but she's blogging again and so I figured it might take the slow time here to get to know people and get a feel for the whole thing. I feel welcomed already.
Sorry I can't say I remember Sunshine, Olivia. I looked her up and I know which set you're taking about but I don't remember the incident. She probably would have dealt with the lead on the project which wasn't me that time. Or maybe she was telling you tall tales and she really did brawl with a bear. Just a thought.
